Edna moved and others seconded approval of the Agenda and Minutes.

Rob posted the latest financials:

  • Main (aggregate): $12,587.99
  • AVTTS: $3,640.57
  • Food Hub Committee: $2,986.86
  • Grow Local: $800.00
  • Food Hub Education: $496.59
  • Gleaning: $3,065.72
  • Cycle Alberni: $2,855.40
  • Shawn Loney Group: $2,668.88

The Board agreed to continue paying Char’s Landing monthly through the pandemic.

The Strategic Plan was approved (download).

Dan agreed to look into a Tree Canada Grant and to connect to BC Transit.

The Food Hub Minutes were presented.

Sarah presented a report on Cycle Alberni activities and Chris gave an update from the GoByBIke/BytoWorkWeek Society.

  • Send any comments, directions, or feedback on the package to the mailing list at the following email address:

  • AVTT Directors, Heads of Groups, and Members should provide their reports as normal by email.
  • To allow for response time, the meeting will be “open” from Wednesday March 18 to Noon, Friday March 20, 2020.
  • The Chair will call for a final vote by email to adjourn the meeting and accept the Agenda, Minutes and Reports and we’ll call it a day! 🙂
